尿素泵是车用尿素供应系统的动力元件，又称尿素计量泵、尿素加料器，用于汽车柴油机尾气处理系统的尿素喷射。将车用尿素溶液，从尿素箱中，由一个电机带动的尿素泵，在尿素泵路中建立需求的压力，并泵入尿素喷嘴，并由尿素喷嘴的细小喷孔雾化后喷入发动机的排气管内，在排气高温下，迅速气化成氨 气并与排气混合，混合气在到达催化器时，在催化剂的作用下，尾气中的氮氧化物与氨 气发生反原反应，成氮气和水，完成尾气中有害物质NO×的减排作用。

The urea pump is the power component of the automotive urea supply system, also known as the urea metering pump or urea feeder, used for urea injection in the exhaust treatment system of automotive diesel engines. The urea solution for vehicles is pumped from the urea tank by a motor-driven urea pump, which establishes the required pressure in the urea pump circuit and pumps it into the urea nozzle. It is then atomized through the small spray holes of the urea nozzle and sprayed into the exhaust pipe of the engine. At high exhaust temperatures, it quickly vaporizes into ammonia gas and mixes with the exhaust gas. When the mixture reaches the catalyst, the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas undergo a reverse reaction with ammonia gas under the action of the catalyst, forming nitrogen gas and water, completing the emission reduction of harmful substances NO x in the exhaust gas.
