· 应用原理 Application principle:
当含有雾沫的气体以一定速度流经除雾器时,由于惯性碰撞而被附着在波形板表面上。从而形成较大的液滴,就从波形板表面被分离下来。除雾器波形板的多折向结构增加了雾沫被捕集的机会,未被除去的雾沫在下一个转弯处经过相同的作用而被捕集,这样反复作用,从而大大提高了除雾效率。气体通过波形板除雾器后,基本上不含雾沫。
When the mist-containing gas flows through the mist eliminator at a constant speed, it adheres to the surface of the corrugated plate due to the inertial collision. Thereby a larger droplet is formed which is separated from the surface of the corrugated plate. The multi-fold structure of the demister corrugated plate increases the chance of the mist being trapped, and the unremoval mist is trapped by the same action at the next turn, thus repeating the action, thereby improving the defogging efficiency greatly. After the gas passes through the corrugated plate mist eliminator, it is substantially free of mist.
